CH4Power believes in utilising organic waste to better our environment.

CH4Power is constructing Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants to provide a locally-based recycling solution for organic waste producers.

These plants generate methane gas that is used to generate electricity which can be fed directly back into the customer's manufacturing plant or to the National Grid.

CH4Power ensures that waste producers fully comply with National and Local Government strategies and directives. Customers have a cost effective and competitive waste solution and at the same time can meet their corporate and social responsibilities to the environment.

Initially based in East Anglia, CH4Power will extend the technology across the country where production of commercial, agricultural and industrial organic wastes and the demand for renewable energy are greatest.

Fundamentally a simple technology based on the digestion of organic waste by bacteria in the absence of oxygen, it is the capture of the methane gas by-product that enables energy to be generated.

As a Government endorsed technology, AD is set to become a major contributor to the renewables energy market in the next few years and CH4Power is at the cutting edge of market development.
